Virtual Assistant Receptionist & Cold Calling Specialist Wanted**

We are seeking a virtual assistant with exceptional cold-calling skills to work 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 12 PM CST. You must sound like an American and have strong communication skills. I understand this task is for 2 hours a day, but once we have this dialed in we will add extra hours and task to this job.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:  

1. **Customer Follow-Up:**
– Call customers from the previous day to ask about their experience.
– Collect their feedback and rating (1-5).
– Offer to rebook future services while referencing the calendar.

2. **Re-Engaging Past Customers:**
– Reach out to customers who used our services 3 months ago and inquire if they’d like to reschedule for the upcoming week.
– Call customers from the previous year and offer to schedule a new service appointment for the coming week.

3. **Cold Calling for New Business:**
– Call prospects from a provided list and inform them about our window cleaning/pressure washing services.
– Highlight that we’ll be working in their neighborhood to encourage interest.

Bonus Points:
– Familiarity with creating and setting up **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** is a plus!
