Company Description
The Technical Assistant will be closely working with the Strategic Analytics Services group to provide travel and event related support, prepare reports, organize events, management meetings, and others. The Technical Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the administrative (planning, coordinating, organizing, communication) and logistical operations of all special events and business trips are arranged accordingly.
Job Description
- Handle travel arrangement such as accommodation, car services, restaurant reservation, and others
- Prepare reports on a monthly basis or as maybe needed
- Research locations, vendors, and necessary event-related items
- Assists with process and program management such as conducting research, obtaining resources, preparing and maintaining documents, trackers and reports, etc.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

- Amenable to work on mid shift and/or night shift schedule and can effectively work from home (WFH) and onsite as may be needed
Additional Information
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an office environment
