We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Intern to join our dynamic IT department. The intern will play a key role in supporting our technical team by assisting with troubleshooting and testing, as well as fulfilling various tasks across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving internal client technical issues.
- Help test and assess Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) units.
- Support maintaining none critical hardware, software, and other systems in the network.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by managers from different departments.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduating student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Industrial System Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
