Technical Support Intern | Paid Internship ID-3622

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Intern to join our dynamic IT department. The intern will play a key role in supporting our technical team by assisting with troubleshooting and testing, as well as fulfilling various tasks across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving internal client technical issues.
  • Help test and assess Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) units.
  • Support maintaining none critical hardware, software, and other systems in the network.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by managers from different departments.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduating student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Industrial System Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
