Job Description

Business Partnering (50%):

  • Acts as an expert in PCO, serving as an account manager for the Human Resources value chain.
  • Translates business needs into PCO plans and programs, coaching Functional Leaders for strategic imperatives.
  • Supports adoption of PCO initiatives, conducting regular meetings, and resolving complex associate relations issues.
  • Analyzes trends, guides performance management, and enhances work relationships.

Talent Strategy (20%):

  • Designs the Talent Agenda for accounts, customizing global talent programs as needed.
  • Provides performance management guidance, facilitates processes for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Identifies learning needs and develops interventions for top talents and critical roles.

Organizational Development (20%):

  • Leads implementation of organizational design and change management.
  • Provides guidance on restructurings, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Drives people and culture engagement strategy.

Project and Change Management (10%):

  • Drives project management and delivery of PCO work streams.
  • Implements initiatives to strengthen PCO practice across accounts.

The Successful Applicant

Education:

  • Minimum tertiary level education, preferably a degree in business, behavioral science, industrial psychology, or management engineering.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience, including 5 years as a key HR function Specialist.
  • Process-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
