– Execute drug safety data management processes – a combination of call intake, call dialogue documentation, peer review, case follow-up. – Assume responsibility for quality of data processed – Perform any other support activities as assigned – tracking various types of information and metrics, ongoing QC of defined process steps, training, reconciliation of data from multiple sources including literature search.

**Education / Qualifications**:

– Healthcare qualification (Pharmacist / Registered Nurse) preferred, however not essential

**Experience**:

– 6 months to 1 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance – pharma related call center experience is a plus – Able to work night shift between hours of 8:00pm – 6:00am
