Job Description

Distributor Management: Strengthen relationships with our current distributor, ensuring alignment with sales targets, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
Business Expansion: Identify and evaluate new distribution channels, partners, and business opportunities to expand our presence in the Philippines.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to shape strategy.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans to meet short- and long-term objectives, in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Operational Oversight: Act as the main point of contact for all operational matters, including supply chain coordination, marketing execution, and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or distributor management within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of driving business growth and managing distributor relationships.
Strong understanding of the Philippine market and its distribution channels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
