This role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

§ MEDICAL ALLIED

What We Look For: (For Medical Allied except PH Registered Nurse candidates)

Graduate of ANY Allied Health Science Course (Nursing, Radtech, MedTech, Biology, Psychology, Nutrition&Dietetics etc.)
Must have at least 6 months experience in BPO setting preferably clinical research
Preferably with at least 6 months clinical / hospital bedside care experience
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic skills in MS Office and Windows based programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Physical Sites: BGC, Taguig City & IT Park, Cebu City
Other remote work locations: Pampanga, Davao and Baguio

§ PH REGISTERED NURSE

What We Look For: (For PH Registered Nurse candidates)

Must have an active PRC Nursing License
At least 1 year hospital bedside care experience
Preferably with BPO / CSR experience under Healthcare Account
Candidates applying for an NCLEX Academy Scholarship must be a valid Philippines passport holder
Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig City and/or IT Park, Cebu
Other remote work locations: Pampanga, Davao and Baguio
