Key Responsibilities

Test Execution:

  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on various Flexso solution and applications (this includesΒ SAP Fiori Apps – cross functional areas e.g. HR, FI, PPM, etc).
  • Execute test cases, report defects, and work with developers to track, resolve, and retest issues.
  • Perform & follow up all detailed regression tests (e.g. in preparation of releases).
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure that software updates do not introduce new issues.

Test Automation:

  • Implement test automation tools and frameworks and test data generation tools to optimize testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Develop automated test scripts for repetitive test scenarios to improve efficiency.

Defect Tracking and Reporting:

  • Identify, document, and track defects in a defect management tool.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of testing progress, issues, and risks.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure resolution of defects.

Test Planning & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the Flexso product owners, release managers, product architects, business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to understand the requirements and business processes + relate them to the product release management cycle.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
  • Identify critical business scenarios for testing.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Participate in scrum meetings, sprint planning, demo and retrospectives.
  • Communicate testing outcomes, status, and potential risks to product stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and end-users, to ensure comprehensive coverage of testing requirements.

Skills

Experience:

Other Jobs You May Be Interested In

  • Experience in SAP and non SAP testing is highly preferred.
  • ISTQB or CSTE certification in software testing.
  • Experience in Product testing
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of SAP modules and business processes is a plus.
  • Understanding of SAP’s Fiori/UI5 interfaces for user interface testing.
  • Proficiency in defect tracking tools and test automation frameworks.

Soft Skills:

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
