PROPERTY EXECUTIVE / SENIOR PROPERTY EXECUTIVE (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT) ID-4140

JOB SCOPES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing estate management and maintenance matters;
  • Listing of terms & conditions/ specifications/ requirements prior to sourcing for quotations from invited contractors;
  • Liaising & coordinating with contractors/ monitoring & supervising of site works, etc.;
  • Carrying out enforcements to encroachment, parking and/ or fire safety violations and non-compliance at common areas;
  • Organizing/ preparing of meetings and taking down notes during meetings;
  • Attending to occupiers’ feedback/ complaints/ etc.;
  • Attending to general administrative works inside site office;
  • Working hours (9am -6pm for Mondays – Fridays) & Sat (9am – 12noon).

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & PAST WORKING EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or Diploma in Building Services/ Real Estate Management/ Facilities Management related;
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience in MCST environments;
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Possess good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
