What You’ll Do. You will…
- Create and implement powerful SEO strategies that make our YouTube content bring traffic in from both YouTube and Google search results.
- Optimize every detail—metadata, tags, thumbnails, descriptions, links, and more—to ensure videos capture attention and drive engagement.
- Dive into analytics, perform channel audits, and outpace competitors with actionable insights and recommendations from your audits.
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking platform trends, algorithm updates, and audience behaviors.
- Partner with creative to produce thumbnails that captivate and convert, combining design and strategy for maximum impact.
Requirements
You might be the one we are looking for if you…
- Have 2+ years of experience in YouTube SEO
- Are a YouTube SEO expert with a deep understanding of how search algorithms work.
- Excel in written English, crafting descriptions and metadata that not only inform but engage.
- Have hands-on experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and YouTube Analytics to optimize performance.
- Understand Google SEO and how it complements YouTube strategies.
- Love diving into details, thrive on proactive problem-solving, and adapt quickly to platform changes.
- Are driven to innovate, improve, and deliver outstanding results every time.
- Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Include the word “YouTube SEO Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.
- Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
- Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).
- Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
- Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
