Job Description

We are looking for a user-centered writer with experience writing for a breadth of ages and backgrounds to help us with in-product contextual assistance and notifications, web sites, first-run experiences, user interface text, and more.

Work with an interaction designer to craft copy for a feature or flow. Do a terminology exploration for a new concept. Develop copy treatments for a user research study or in-product experiment. Bring your voice to a design critique of proposed features or scenarios. Contribute and supervise vendors writing help topics for a feature or area.

Observe a customer study. Provide insights and recommendations to our internationalization and translation efforts. Write and edit friendly, brilliantly clear UX copy—with occasional flair.

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications, web, social, ecommerce, etc.)
Portfolio review of writing and content samples
Experience in writing self help articles, creating videos and other content in the consumer space
Experience (and patience) with digital content tools/CMS
