This role will involve designing engaging and effective learning experiences, editing content for clarity and accuracy, and ensuring the materials align with industry best practices and Mihwariy Consultancy’s standards.

  • Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes for HR review materials.
  • Design and develop interactive and engaging learning modules, including text, visuals, simulations, and assessments.

  • Content Editing and Review:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design and develop engaging and effective learning materials for adult learners.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry standards.
