We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents.

List of vacant position: (HIRING)

General Responsibilities:

Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using provided scripts and procedures.
know the company products, services, policies, and procedures during training period to effectively address customer inquiries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.

Qualifications:

Can attend onsite interview
At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate (Not currently enrolled)
With or without BPO/ call center experience
Above average or Conversant in English communication skills
Amenable to working onsite
Bpo Experience is a plus! (voice, chat, back office/ non-voice accounts) (Not currently employed)
Good Typing Skills
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
18 years old and above
Salary negotiable
