Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Accurately input update and maintain data within Amazon and ecommerce systems.
  • Perform repetitive tasks to ensure product listings and account details are consistently accurate.
  • Support the team with general data entry tasks and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and update spreadsheets and records.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies or errors in data to maintain highquality standards.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting formulas and basic data functions).
  • Some familiarity with Amazons platform (Seller Central or similar) is a plus!
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple data entry responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Preferable shift: 4 pm to 8 pm daily (Eastern Time).
