About You:

We are seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for supporting international students throughout their learning journey. You will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with students. You should be comfortable working both in a team and independently in a dynamic environment.

Overview of Role:

As a Student Experience Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students by providing expert advice and guidance on EDU systems and processes. This frontline role ensures that students have a single point of contact for all non-academic support, streamlining their experience with the organization.

The offshore role is a Permanent Work From Home and Day Shift position.

Key Responsibilities

Student Experience

  • Provide timely and accurate advice to students at the front desk and via email/Zendesk.
  • Act as the primary contact for all non-academic student enquiries.
  • Respond to and manage student inquiries through effective case management.
  • Support the Enrolments Coordinator in processing tuition fees and payments.
  • Issue student cards and official documentation.
  • Maintain accurate student records in the database.
  • Assist in student communications, both scheduled and ad-hoc.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all student-related information.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Campus Operations Manager.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Other Jobs You May Be Interested In

  • At least one year of experience in student services.
  • Diploma qualification or higher preferred.
  • Experience with student management and service systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Higher Education Standards Framework and related legislation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage diverse student and staff groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to enhancing the student experience and a positive, creative mindset.
