Inside Sales / Telecalling Executive ID-3782

One of our client in Logistics Industry is looking for a Inside Sales / Telecalling Executive . This is a Direct Hire opportunity and the Location is in Pasay City.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle Customer enquiries, both existing and new•
  • Attend Customer emails, phone calls and provide solutions•
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions•
  • Create Customer Data in system. keep records of customer interactions, and documents•
  • Tele calling to customers, follow up business (25 calls per week)•
  • Sales Calls to customers office (if required and with Reporting Manager approval)•
  • Prepare proposal quote for FCL, LCL, Domestic• & Air opportunities, in consultation with
  • Reporting Manager/ Product Head
  • Co-ordinate with Operation and Accounting department towards Manifest, BL Release,•
  • Import endorsement , D.O Releasing and carrier payments
  • Handle tracking of cargoes, delivery of billings and documents and any customer related issues, when the needed
  • Submit shipment monitoring report to Customer, share shipment daily update and meet customer requirements towards shipment handling
  • Sharing Sales Leads and do follow-up•
  • All business related issues/ challenges/ lapses should be immediately escalated to Reporting•
  • Manager/ Product Head/ Management
  • Attending weekly sale review calls, provide sales and market update to Reporting Manager /Management
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management•

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in NVOCC/Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding industry in a•

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28,000.00 – Php35,000.00 per month
