THE POSITION

As the Sales Team Manager of a leading provider of professional spray tanning education in the US, your key role is to oversee and support the team’s daily operations.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure efficient task delegation, effective team management, and the successful execution of key business processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting with various operational and marketing initiatives.

-> Requirements:

  • Experience with Kajabi or similar tools is required.
  • Must be extremely organized.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Experience with marketing, sales funnels, and product launches.
  • Available to work part-time (20 hours per week) with a possibility of going full-time depending on performance.
  • Can work during standard US business hours.
  • Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
  • Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor – Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM – 4GB).
  • Backup power source or work location for power outages.

  • Delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Manage and oversee team performance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Organize and host monthly team meetings to track progress, address concerns, and promote collaboration.
  • Collect and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis, reporting insights to management.
  • Support in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Assist in operations management, ensuring processes run smoothly.
  • Provide support in optimizing sales funnels, product launches, and other key initiatives.
