Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data and tools to facilitate data-driven approach to Human Resources strategy and decision-making
- Manage the design and continuous improvement on HR analytics and reporting platforms, including the development of key HR metrics and dashboards
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and make recommendations for policies and activities to improve overall HR processes and delivery
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to support HR operations and delivery
