JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • -End to end basic training process
  • -Advanced training – submission of topics and materials
  • -Providing training materials to the trainees
  • -Conducting training assessments
  • -Filtering trainees during basic training process
  • -Endorsement of trainees to the Training Manager for final deliberation of performance
  • -Weekly and monthly training reports

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • -A bachelor’s degree
  • -Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a creative or design field.
  • -In-depth knowledge of graphic design, video editing, copywriting, and 3D design principles and practices
  • -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, 3D design software, and other creative softwares
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • -Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • -Ability to adapt to different learning styles and cater to diverse skill levels
  • -Passion for teaching and mentoring others
  • -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
