Join the Royal E-Commerce Team as an E-Merchandiser. Maintain digital sections and categories and display elements. Collaborate with Store Merchandisers on product assortments, appealing mixes, bundles and promos while collaborating with our content and campaign team members to drive sales and what’s coming up.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake category management and onboarding of products for online
  • Take part forecasting and planning, managing allocations and supply/availability
  • Enhance visual collections and curation, and supporting the content team with elements from suppliers and brand partners.
  • You will serves as one of the key contact points for store merchandising and brand principals/suppliers as needed including taking part in analysis and business reviews and collaborating with the E-Merchandising Planning Manager in promo, event and sales initiatives and tasks per category or brand.
  • You will check on supply and availability, periodically checking stock and making adjustments or suggestions to enhance promos, listings etc to prevent overselling.

This is a strong planning, collaboration and selling role involving good relationship building with store merchandising and content / campaigns and Ops/CS to ensure all are informed of any large campaigns that may drive extra customer service requests.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business – Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, Advertising or similar
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Able to make timely decisions and anticipate problems
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Attention to detail for regular encoding of products accurately
  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
  • Regular reporting and online or meeting presentations
  • Excellent English
  • Superior computer literacy including Excel and numeracy skills

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills. This role is Hybrid with 2-3 days work in the Makati office, and the rest as work from home.
