About the Role

As a Call Center Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients exploring medical and dental services. Your role is vital in qualifying leads, understanding patient needs, and ensuring they’re connected to the right experts. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to engage with potential patients.
  • Assess patient needs, qualify leads, and direct them to the appropriate sales closer.
  • Document all interactions in our CRM system with precision.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to refine lead management strategies.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic approach during all interactions.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends (5 days on, 2 days off).

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in call center, lead generation, customer service, or sales support.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick Typist: 40+ WPM.
  • Knowledgeable: Familiarity with medical/dental procedures is a plus.
  • Reliable: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Remote-Ready: Ability to work responsibly and independently from home.
  • Work Ethic: Able to work on schedule 50+ hours per work and open to work on weekend and night-shift. (2 days off)
