  • Job Position: Talent Success Manager
  • Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level, Independent Contractor
  • Salary Range: up to 75,000/month
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years in client success, account management, talent development, or related roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs like ClickUp.
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching, or learning & development is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Preferred:
  • Background in recruitment or outsourcing industries.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms.
