Responsibilities:

  • Provide payroll support to ensure accurate and timely wage payments for the labor force.
  • Perform data entry and validation for payroll services to maintain precise records.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to handle complex payroll processes and calculations.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to address discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Australian payroll systems and standards is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Arrangement:

  • Preference for candidates to work on-site (WFO), but open to work-from-home (WFH) options for qualified individuals.
