Ooni designs and builds pizza ovens and accessories. They pride themselves on their awesome products and the amazing community that has been built around them. Their ovens reach super-high temperatures and cook pizza in just 60 seconds!

About the project:

This is a 3-month project which will start in October and continue through December.

About the role:

Our client needs Email Support Specialists. Email Support staff provide assistance to company customers via email. Key responsibilities for this role include developing customer relationships, solving customer issues, promoting products and services, maintaining their job knowledge, reporting to supervisors, and forwarding unresolved queries to specialists.

Requirements:

  • Must have email support experience
  • Must possess a strong command of the English language
  • Must have a positive personality
  • Must be customer-oriented

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and during the holidays, especially on Christmas eve and day (we pay extra on holidays)
  • Must be willing to work shifting schedules
