Qualifications for Part-Time Software Developer (4th-Year IT Students)

Educational Background:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must be in the 4th year of studies.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, or Angular) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
  • Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Project Experience:

  • Completed academic projects or internships demonstrating hands-on programming experience.
  • Exposure to collaborative software development environments is an advantage.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to analyze requirements, debug code, and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and frameworks to improve solutions.
