STORE MANAGER (FOOTLOCKER ) ID-3993

Manages and controls the store operations in the achievement of monthly sales targets in order to achieve or exceed the annual business plan objectives. Ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operations of all processes in the store and upholds the operational standards and core commercial aspects of the business as per company policy and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coach, Motivate, develop, manage and Inspire a team of more than 20 members.
  • Developing and Maintain Sales, Profit, and Loss (P&L).
  • Delivering Store fundamental principles of customer service.
  • Set action plans to optimize product and stock management.
  • Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability
  • Maintaining Visual directives and standards are maintained
  • Maintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communication
  • Enhance brand loyalty by empowering the team to create a natural and personable experience for customers
  • Develop a balance of strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Becoming the brand ambassador.

Qualifications:
