Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an English Tutor. The English Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support to students, teaching English language and literature concepts, and assisting with reading, writing, and grammar assignments for high school students in Canada, aligning with the BC curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Teaching experience (at least 1-2 years)
  • Excellent organization and classroom management skills
  • Strong understanding of English language and literature
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patience and ability to work with students of all levels
  • Reliable internet access
