Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
    Handle CPF submissions, IRAS tax filings, and other government-mandated reporting.
    Address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee queries.
  • Compliance and MOM Regulations: Ensure compliance with employment laws, MOM guidelines, and workplace safety requirements.
    Prepare and submit mandatory reports, including work pass applications and renewals.
    Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to statutory obligations and company policies.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with MOM regulations and industry best practices.
    Provide guidance to management and employees on labor laws and workplace standards.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment.
    Conduct training sessions on compliance topics, including workplace ethics and safety.
  • HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
    Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
    Monitor and manage leave, attendance, and benefits administration.
