Key Responsibilities:
Internship Placement: Work closely with educational institutions and local businesses to identify suitable internship opportunities for high school students.

Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with high school students and helping them achieve their goals.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to network and build partnerships with local businesses.
Previous experience in educational or HR roles is a plus.
