Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control and replenishment processes to ensure stock levels are optimized and products are readily available to customers.
Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Store Manager to create visually appealing displays, ensuring products are showcased attractively and in an organized manner.
Operational Efficiency: Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by coordinating tasks, schedules, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the staff.
Sales and Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales data, set targets, and work to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure the store complies with all company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
