Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
Assist customers in navigating our platform, addressing their concerns, and guiding them towards optimal solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
