What You’ll Do:

As an Operator/Opener for The Lead Farm, your job is straightforward yet highly rewarding:

  • Start the Conversation: Simply open the script, follow the prompts, and ask a few key questions to potential clients from our extensive database of 22 million leads, including 7 million direct cell phone numbers of business owners.
  • Live Takeovers: After you’ve engaged the prospect and asked your questions, your US-based sales manager will do a Take Over (TO) of the call. You’ll stay on the line, listening live as the manager expertly handles the conversation, closing the sale for you.
  • Learn and Contribute: During these live takeovers, you’ll have the opportunity to chime in, ask additional questions, and learn from real-time interactions. This hands-on experience is invaluable as it organically transitions you into a full-fledged sales rep over time.

  • 30-Day Mentorship: For your first month, You will start as an operator & you’ll work closely with a seasoned sales manager who will guide you through the process, performing takeovers while you listen, learn, and gradually take on more responsibility.

Operator Pay

Base Pay + Daily Spiffs

Position Details:

Location: Remote, based in the Philippines.

  • Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
  • Income Potential: As a full-time operator/opener for The Lead Farm, you can expect to earn $3 Per Hour + Daily Spiffs
  • After transitioning to a sales rep role you will make between $1,000 – $5,000 weekly
