Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Account Manager to oversee our online retail accounts with Macy’s, Home Depot, Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing these key relationships, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand without overstocking.
Implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand presence and sales on each platform.
Monitor and report on competitors’ strategies and market trends to stay ahead in the market.
Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies and guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Conduct regular performance analysis and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an E-commerce Account Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and digital sales strategies.
