  • Checks the mechanical systems and related equipment of motor vehicles to diagnose malfunctions and pinpoint areas of systems where corrective actions are needed.
  • Checks mechanical and electrical items removed from motorized vehicles or ground servicing equipment and performs the necessary repair, overhaul, or modification of parts or components to maintain them serviceable always.
  • Tests and adjusts units and/or assemblies of all mechanical systems, equipment of all motor vehicles, and ground servicing equipment in accordance with the Manufacturer’s specifications and company procedures.
  • Executes all assigned work in an efficient and cost-effective manner in order to maximize the utilization of the Company’s resources of manpower, materials, equipment, and facilities.
  • Signs offs accomplished tasks on applicable company / regulatory records and accomplishes other forms and related paperwork that are needed in the performance of his duties.
  • Maintains a clean working environment at all times and follows all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Is responsible for accomplishing the regular preventive maintenance schedule of all aircraft ground support equipment.
  • Responsible for securing and updating his ramp operations and AMA-GECN driving permit.
  • Responsible for ensuring the completeness of his hand tools.
  • Assists GSE Supervisor in accomplishing their task in an efficient and cost-effective matter.
  • In-charge of dispatching/receiving Motorized GSE to Equipment Operators in good condition.
  • Assists BTW AC Full Ground Support in operation of GPU, ACU and ASU.
  • Undertakes assignments or other related duties as the GSE Supervisor may assign.
  • Conducts weekly checks of motorized GSE.

Qualification:

  • Must be at least 2nd year of college
  • With experience in Automotive
  • TESDA Certified NC II is an advantage
  • Must possess Valid Driver’s License 1 2 3 (4 & 8 is an advantage)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Automotive Technician: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Professional driver’s license (Required)
