Monitoring Comments: Review and monitor user-generated content, specifically comments and reviews, to identify and remove spam, fake reviews, and inappropriate content.
Content Moderation: Ensure that all user-contributed comments meet our community guidelines and content standards.
User Support: Provide support to users who report spam or inappropriate content, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing patterns of spam and fraudulent activities to help improve our moderation algorithms.
