Perform accurate and swift data entry tasks, inputting a variety of information into our database systems.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve any data-related issues and discrepancies.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic and physical files as required.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing data entry procedures.
Required Skills:
Proficient touch typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in data entry and verification.
Familiarity with data confidentiality principles and practices.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
Excellent time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Previous experience in data entry or a related role is preferred.
