Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities to engage and educate preschool-aged children.
Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity.
Establish and maintain a daily routine and structure that helps children develop essential life skills.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive educational community.
Assess and monitor each child progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child development.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum, educational goals, and teaching strategies.
Attend professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
State-approved teaching certification or licensure.
Proven experience working with preschool-aged children.
Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Organizational and time management skills to create structured learning environments.
Adaptability and creativity to engage children in diverse educational activities.
