Create Monthly MIS and share with the Team.
Assist in any additional / Ad hoc date requirement by the Management.
Performance Management
Assist AGM HR during the Annual Appraisal Process.
Work with HODs to create KRAs for New Joinees, and all employees for next financial year post conclusion of Appraisals
Any other HR-related roles and responsibilities.
Employee Engagements
Execution of various EE initiatives as per EE Calendar.
Regular Connect with Employees and addressing their queries, Organizing Events, Employee Picnics, etc.
Facilitate Employee Trainings and maintain records.
Conducting Exit Interviews and sharing feedback with the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
0 to 2 years experience in Human Resources.
Proficient in MS Office.
Proficient in English Communication (Spoken & Written)
