Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding our products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company’s offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer concerns.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.

Qualifications:
