Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing any HR-related issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Proficiency in HR software and tools.
