Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about CVS Health products and services in a courteous and professional manner.
Phone and Email Support: Interact with customers via phone and email, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring a smooth purchase process.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with CVS Health product offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure all interactions are in line with regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and quality assurance.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve CVS Health services and products.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist and support customers.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, work-from-home environment.
Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
