Position: Call Center Agent (Online-Shop) – Remote
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive assistance related to our online shopping platform.
Handle customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Utilize communication skills to convey product information, promotions, and policies effectively.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
Familiarity with online shopping platforms and e-commerce processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities.
