Position Overview: As a Part-Time BPO Telesales Executive at The Elite Job, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts to new heights. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and presenting our range of products and services effectively. Your goal will be to convert leads into satisfied customers, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Engage in consultative selling to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Handle objections and inquiries with tact and diplomacy.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Proven experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Flexibility to work Part-Time hours.
