Position: Ground Staff
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by assisting with check-ins, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient and timely aircraft turnaround.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Perform security checks and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure airport environment.
Assist in coordinating and managing ground operations to maintain smooth airport activities.
Required Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or aviation industry is a plus.
Familiarity with airport operations and procedures preferred.
