Position: Customer Service Associate – International Voice
Job Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about Netflix products, services, and updates.
Uphold the company customer service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
