Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role.
Valid certification or diploma in Personal Support Worker (PSW) program.
Knowledge of home support principles and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
Ability to adapt to various environments and client needs.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
