Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Present menus and take orders from patrons.
Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food and beverages.
Address customer inquiries and special requests.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Provide exceptional service by anticipating and accommodating guest needs.
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A team player with a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
Malaysian, PR, LTVP, or Singaporean citizenship.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
