Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions that enhance Walmart’s operations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.
Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and data security.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our technology environment.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, and hardware components.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
