Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg Neuro team at The Elite Job. As an RN in our Med Surg Neuro department, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions. Your compassion, clinical expertise, and commitment to patient well-being are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions.
Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of holistic patient care.
Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Adhering to established protocols and standards of practice.
Required Skills:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State Name].
