Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide technical support to remote employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Cybersecurity: Assist in ensuring the security of IT systems by implementing best practices and security protocols.

Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new skills.
Documentation: Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant technical certifications or degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in IT desktop support or a related field.
Experience in providing remote technical support is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT support.
